Pie de Monte Inmigrantes Blancas de Pie Franco 2025 is a distinctive old-vine white blend from Tupungato in the Uco Valley, produced from historic own-rooted vines planted in 1930 at 1,200 meters above sea level. The vineyard combines traditional massal selection with stony, calcareous soils, creating a vibrant and textured expression of Mendoza’s viticultural heritage.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with subtle greenish highlights. The nose shows bright citrus notes of grapefruit accompanied by a pleasant herbal character. On the palate, it offers vibrant acidity and a smooth, textured mouthfeel, with fresh tropical fruit and delicate herbal notes leading into a refreshing finish. Serving Temperature: 9–11°C / 48–52°F

Winemaking

The grapes were manually harvested during the first half of February 2025 and transported to the winery in 18 kg boxes before optical sorting. No maceration was performed. Alcoholic fermentation took place with native yeasts for 16 days at 13–14°C. No malolactic fermentation was carried out, helping preserve the wine’s freshness and acidity. The wine was then aged for 6 months in concrete. Bottled in September 2025. Not stabilized, filtered or fined.
